About Us

Founder’s Weight is a platform that brings founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and operators together for honest conversations about the realities of building and growing a business. We build something real. We meet people actually doing the work. And we leave with skills, connections, and a community that continues long after each event ends.

Our Founder's Story

Founder’s Weight was born from my own journey as a founder. Over the years, while building businesses, leading teams, and working closely with entrepreneurs, I noticed a pattern: too many founders are building alone. Behind every business is someone carrying the weight of decisions, uncertainty, growth, and responsibility, often without access to a strong founder community or entrepreneur support network.

Community Voices

“I met a brand strategist my first time at Founder’s Weight. She helped me build consistency in my business development; something I’d been struggling with for two years. The mee and networking opportunities created a truly collaborative atmosphere.”

I experienced a room with other founders, just talking openly about what building actually feels like. The speaker lineup featured excellent entrepreneus, and what stayed with me was how founders asked questions about their businesses and got real answers right there.”

Frequently Asked Questions

The Experience

Founder’s Weight is a quarterly meetup, monthly webinars, and ongoing community events for founders, business owners, creatives, and startups who are tired of building alone. No polished pitches. No fake hustle. Just honest conversations, seasoned speakers, real mentorship, and a community that actually shows up.

Seasoned founders and operators who’ve built through real difficulty—not polished success stories. They share what broke, what worked, and what they’d never do again.

It depends on the event. Some of our workshops are hybrid, offering both in-person attendance at the listed venue and live virtual participation. Each event page specifies its format, so check the details for the specific event you are interested in

Each upcoming event listed on our site has its own registration link and pricing. Click the Register or Get Notified button on the event card to reserve your seat or be notified when registration opens.

We have three tiers: Free (Community), ₦50,000 (Sustainer), and ₦150,000 (Ally). Free tickets are always available. No questions asked.

Free gets you full access to the meetup and community directory. Sustainer adds lunch, speaker notes, and 1-month digital community access. Ally includes everything plus a 1:1 mentorship intro and supporter wall recognition.
